Telehealth Notice: State regulations requires providers to only provide services to patients physically located in the state where the provider is licensed. You must be located in DE at the time of your services provided by Futrell Counseling & Consulting, LLC. Self-Pay or insurance is accepted. Insurance panels currently accepted are: BCBS, Medicare, Optum/United Health, Cigna, Tricare, Aetna, Medicaid, DE First Health.

The law protects the relationship between clients and their psychotherapist. Information cannot be disclosed without written permission. Exceptions include: Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, if a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, or if a client intends to harm themselves, I will make every effort to gain their cooperation to ensure their safety. Failure to do so will result in further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety. Court Cases: Futrell Counseling & Consulting, LLC does not engage in court cases. If subpoenaed during the process of treatment, court reports and testimonies will be an out-of-pocket charge to the client at a rate of $350 per hour. Providers at this practice do not specialize in custody recommendations and therefore will not make a recommendation in custudy cases.
